Dutch Chinese Young Entrepreneurs (DCYE) and the European Investment Council (EIC) in close co-operation with the Netherlands Ministry of Security and Justice and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, organised a symposium on international entrepreneurship. This unique symposium was to introduce the new regulation ‘starting entrepreneurs’.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of Security and Justice H.E. Mr Fred Teeven gave the opening speech. Other high-level speakers represented the European Commission, international institutes, entrepreneurs and other Dutch Ministries. During this symposium, foreign entrepreneurs and relocation service providers shared their views with policy makers of the Ministry of Security and Justice and obtained information about the new regulations.
The audience included representatives of more than 40 countries, Ambassadors and Counsellors from Embassies in The Hague and Dutch international concerns as well as foreign companies in the Netherlands.
